01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the db3333 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and db3333. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the db3333 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by db3333, including but not limited to: the website at db3333.org, the db3333 mobile application, all games available on the platform (including Crash, Crazy 777, Lucky Dragons, Gates of Olympus, Dreams of Macao, and MT Live), all promotions and bonuses, and all customer support interactions.

02Eligibility

To register and use db3333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. db3333 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from db3333 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers db3333.
• You must not be accessing db3333 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

db3333 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active db3333 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. db3333 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your db3333 account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. db3333 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify db3333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• db3333 reserves the right to close accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

db3333 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. db3333 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside db3333's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your db3333 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. db3333 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals require completed identity verification before the first request is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• db3333 may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
• db3333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

05Bonuses & Promotions

db3333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• db3333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified on the promotion page. Bets placed on ineligible games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• db3333 may void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Players may request removal of an active bonus from their account by contacting support. Removal of a bonus will also remove any associated bonus winnings.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on db3333 — including Crash, Crazy 777, Lucky Dragons, Gates of Olympus, Dreams of Macao, and MT Live — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes are not influenced by db3333 or any third party.

Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. db3333 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. db3333 does not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• db3333 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or on games affected by a technical error.
• Game RTP (Return to Player) rates are available on request from db3333 support.
• MT Live table outcomes are determined by real dealers using physical equipment. db3333 does not influence live table results.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db3333 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use db3333 for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing db3333 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

08Account Suspension & Closure

db3333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, db3333 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, if the closure is the result of fraudulent activity or a serious breach of these terms. In cases of voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting db3333 support. Requests are processed within 24 hours. Any active bonuses will be removed upon account closure.

09Responsible Gaming

10Intellectual Property

All content on the db3333 platform — including but not limited to the db3333 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of db3333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any db3333 content without prior written permission from db3333. Unauthorised use of db3333's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party game providers on the db3333 platform remains the intellectual property of those providers. db3333 licenses this content for use on the platform and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

11Limitation of Liability

db3333 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While db3333 makes every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, db3333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the db3333 platform.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond db3333's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of db3333.

Nothing in these terms limits db3333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Privacy & Data

db3333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on db3333, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

db3333 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. db3333 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

13Governing Law
